Here you will receive separate hand-straightened precision shafts p.e. for 3D printers, rotor axes or other applications where the best surface quality as well as the best possible straightness values are important.
For this purpose, in the case of Smalltec, we direct every shaft to a straightness of max. 0,03mm to the total length (max. 600mm, higher lengths on request).
In addition, we provide each shaft with a superfinish on our belt polishing system with special cork strip so that our surface quality is optimal. We guarantee a surface roughness Ra of <= 0.3μm.
Through these two special treatments, we create the best possible preconditions for perfect printer results on your 3D printer with our precision shafts.
