Blocks Type ARC without rail
Here you can buy ARC series guide carriages without rails.
Attention: Please note that guideways of profile rail guides are generally not compatible with guideways of other manufacturers !
The ARC/HRC linear guide is designed with four tracks in the O - variant. The steel balls transmit the force under a contact angle of 45 degrees. Due to the O - arrangement a higher torsional stiffness is given.
Long lubrication intervals and thus minimal lubricant consumption Relubrication possible from all sides.
High rigidity.
Excellent dynamic properties : Vmax > 10 m/s, amax >500m/s².
High static and dynamic moment loads possible.
Same basic load ratings for all load directions.
Compact design.
Interchangeability.
Guide rails can be screwed from above (screw head countersinking) as well as from below (thread).
Reinforced steel end covers as standard.
Standard double lip seal.
Special surface coatings are possible.
Ecological lubrication system (Eco-System):
The embedded lubrication reservoir directly supplies lubricant to the rolling elements. This feature allows lubrication intervals to be significantly extended. The Eco-System is particularly effective in short-stroke applications.
Reinforced stainless steel end plate to increase the carriage characteristics

Carriages for profile rails based on balls are an important component of modern industrial plants and machines. They enable linear movements to be carried out on a rail with low frictional resistance and high precision.
The carriages consist of a hardened steel track on which balls run that support the moving element. The balls allow a very high load capacity with low frictional resistance, resulting in higher efficiency and longer system life.
Ball-based carriages are suitable for applications where high speeds and/or high repeatability are required. They are used in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical and packaging.
There are various types of ball-based carriages, which differ in size, load capacity, accuracy and areas of application. Some examples are miniature guides, linear guides with rail guide, linear guides with flange guide or high temperature guides.
When selecting the right carriage, it is important to consider various factors such as load capacity, running accuracy, rigidity, lubrication requirements and ambient temperature. The use of balls as load-bearing bodies for carriages enables the movement to be carried out very precisely and efficiently, which in turn leads to higher performance and productivity of the equipment.
