Roller Guides for heavy load

Compared to profile rail guides based on balls, roller guides are designed for significantly higher loads and stiffness (heavy load system). Compared to other standards in the industry, the design of the cpc roller guides allows for a low centre of gravity while maintaining a compact installation space. The carriages are particularly suitable for applications where external torques are present and high inertial forces have to be compensated. ARR, HRR and LRR carriages have identical load capacities and thus identical service life expectations.

The carriages are available as:

ARR = low design
HRR = high design
LRR = extra flat design
